What can we say….. we are just loving this dreamy collection which are without a doubt all of our current favourites and we have no doubt will become yours too! All of them are a wonderful talking point and indulgence to be enjoyed with food and friends.

NV. Dom. Baumard, Crémant de Loire Rosé, Carte Corail. Loire Valley, France
A sparkling rosé from the Loire Valley, produced in exactly the same way as Champagne. A gorgeous pink hue, bone dry and  packed with peaches, red fruits and a hint of black pepper. A personal favourite of Amy’s.
Food pairing: Top quality pork pie (trust us!), spring and summer salads and fish dishes.

2016 Dom. Jean Perrier et Fils, Chignon Bergeron, Savoie, France
A very rare find and incredible with smoked fish.  This is 100% Rousanne from the French Alps. Rich, honeyed, packed with apricots and citrus oils yet bone dry with a lingering finish. This is simply amazing.
Food pairing: Smoked and hot smoked salmon and trout. 

2016 Caserio de Dueñas, Verdejo Ferentado en Barrica, Rueda, Spain
Verdejo speaks of spring and summer; bright, fresh, full of lemons and green apples. This example is unusual in that it has spent 8 months in oak adding a rich and toasty complexity. Rich, delicious and seriously moreish!
Food pairing: chicken dishes, creamy pastas, cheese, seafood

 2016 Guillaume Gonnet, Tavel Rosé, Tavel, Rhône, France
There’s rosé and then there’s rosé from the small village of Tavel in the Rhône Valley. Produced with Grenache and Syrah and Cinsault this is rich, spicy, complex, full bodied and bone dry.
Food pairing: summer salads, chicken, pork dishes.

 2015 Enira, Bessa Valley, Bulgaria
Ok so it’s definitely not the norm to feature Bulgarian wines BUT when we tasted this, we had to! Produced by a famous Bordeaux winemaker this is very French in style with blackcurrant, blackberries and wonderful notes of vanilla, cedar and smoke. Super soft on the palate and frankly we can’t get enough of it! Remarkable!
Food pairing: Red meats, hard cheeses

2017 Château de Lancyre, Pic St Loup Rouge, La Coste D’Aleyrac, Languedoc, France
A firm favourite of ours here at Bibo.  Pic St Loup is definitely becoming the region of the moment and quite rightly so as this region is produces some of the finest wines in the Languedoc.  40% Syrah with Grenache and Mouvedre.
Food pairing: Red meats, hard cheeses and definitely your first BBQ of the year!
